Faith Community Nursing desires to come alongside people, helping them navigate healthcare challenges with the loving compassion the Jesus demonstrated for all humanity.
Advocacy
Helping guests navigate their healthcare options, connect with social service or other agencies and giving referrals for appropriate care are just some of the ways that we advocate for our guests - seeking for them the best care.
Education
Part of our mission is to intervene and avoid the Emergency Room. Educating our guests about medications, disease prevention, nutrition, health screenings and more helps them avoid unnecessary trips to the hospital.
Consulting
Hearing their story; actively listening to our guests cares and concerns; and encouraging regular check ups and screenings allows us to build trust and foster a positive perspective on health care for our guests. We love them in Jesus name and pray for them body and soul.
